Up to 3yrs of experience

Immediate need for an Account Service Engineer. Responsible for customer satisfaction, Incumbents in this position will serve as the primary customer contact for all maintenance, productivity and supply inventories of assigned equipment. Perform equipment operation (printing, scanning, copying) to deliver finished documents as required including use of finishing devices. Support download & installation of printer drivers for end user of network corrected products.

Perform full range and preventative maintenance on assign, including: On-site troubleshooting, installation, removal, retrofit, and customer call assistance with limited support.

-Candidate must be well versed in CRU and FRU levels and be able to lift 30lbs.

-Candidate must agree to all security arrangements as required by customers.

Transportation Requirements

-Incumbents vehicle must be registered in Indian, properly licensed and insured for business use.

-Vehicle must be large enough for parts inventory

Education:
