      • Call Requirement: After hours standby one day per weekdays (M - F) and weekends (Friday evening to Monday at 0700) every fourth or fifth weekend
      • Additional pediatric only standby once a month weekend coverage
      • Weekend Requirement: Every forth to fifth weekend per dept rotation - happens in conjunction with call requirement
      • Float Requirement: Inpatient and outpatient medical practice settings at BMH
        • Additional Details
        • AyaDirect Travelers - I9 required per contract. APN/Sub Travelers - I-9 and E-Verify Attestation Form is required. Must be on the Lotus Branded form and completed by the APN.
