Job Description:

A company is looking for a Total Loss Claims Trainee.

Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and confirm facts of loss for automobile accidents
Determine coverage, liability, damages, and adjust and negotiate claims within authority
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate customer service

Required Qualifications:

4-year Bachelor's Degree preferred
0-2 years of experience preferred
Basic understanding of insurance policies and industry relationships
Ability to handle investigations regarding auto claims
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
