Position will perform carton stacking in the converting department, cleaning and sanitation work in accordance with external quality audit standards. You will be involved in product inspection, sorting, packaging and product identification, tagging and labeling of individual pallets. This will include the logging of information pertaining to production reporting and tracking, and the stocking of supplies as needed on the manufacturing floor. • Must be willing and able to work any shift (1st: 7am-3m, 2nd: 3pm-11pm, 3rd: 11pm-7am- first come first serve on shift openings based on senority) including overtime and be available for weekends as needed
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Able to meet Safety and Quality standards within the organization
• Desire for a manufacturing career. Machine operating experience is a plus
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, standing, kneeling, climbing and walking for extended periods of time; capable of repetitive gripping, pinching, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling with weight ranges up to 50 pounds; ability to perform repeated twisting, bending and reaching; exposure to hot and/or humid environments, working on ladders and confined spaces
• Work Safely at all times following all safety rules, procedures, and policies
• Follow all Safe Quality Foods (SQF) Procedures & Processes
• Monitor production process and carry out all quality checks
• Maintain clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
