Job Description

CFS Technology has been contacted by a longtime client that has a long term need for a talented IT Support Specialist. Entry level or experienced candidates are desired at this local company.

This is a unique position working alongside a tight knit team. Each day will be different as you work alongside with others and solo to assist your clients in their IT needs.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT Support Specialist, you will play an integral part within our client's Information Technology Department. This will involve assisting in a variety of IT functions, including working with end users on a variety of needs, and special projects.

Specific duties in this role include:

Support of end-users in person and remotely

Be able to work with through a variety of projects with varying complexity

Windows Deployment

Troubleshoot computers/printers

Break/fix

Azure Active Directory

IT Department budget and acquisitions

Specific wants for this position include:

Minimum of 1 year related experience, or college degree in related field

Managing Microsoft Teams and Office 365

Experience with IT Support tickets, Active Directory, and Microsoft Servers

Understanding proper escalation procedures

Ability to communicate effectively with end-users in a concise and respectful manner
