Job Description:
A company is looking for a Production Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate comparative analyses of actual results to expected results
and report findings
Partner with business areas for issue resolution and process
efficiency
Determine root cause issues related to people, process, and
technology and recommend solutions
Required Qualifications:
Must be able to work Monday through Friday 7a -4p EST with
mandatory overtime during Annual Enrollment Period
Working knowledge of Humana systems, including Customer Interface
(CI) and SharePoint
Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
Team player with the ability to collaborate with internal
partners/customers
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several
tasks/projects simultaneously
