Job Description Job Description We’re seeking a knowledgeable, friendly, and reliable Budtender to join our team! As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of our dispensary, helping customers choose the right cannabis products for their needs while delivering top-tier customer service. You’ll educate guests about strains, consumption methods, dosage, and legal guidelines, ensuring every customer has a safe, positive, and informative experience. Compensation: $15 - $19 hourly Responsibilities: Provide expert knowledge on cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Ensure compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations Process sales using POS systems accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas Stay informed about new products, promotions, and cannabis industry trends Come to work with positive energy and an efficient workflow Qualifications: Previous Budtending experience required Must be 21 years or older Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Must pass any required background checks About Company Gatsby Cannabis Co. is a fully immersive Cannabis experience boasting the ambiance of the art deco style of The Great Gatsby novel.
