Job Description:
- Drive business growth by closing new opportunities through a
solution selling process - Negotiate and close new business,
securing long-term contracts - Build and maintain a sales pipeline,
with detailed notes and accurate close dates - Deliver quality and
tailored demonstrations of Privy to prospects based on the
prospects needs and priorities - Utilize our CRM and our sales
execution tools to prospect and generate new sales opportunities -
Perform a high volume of call and email activity, logging all
activity in our CRM - Prospect inbound leads to set up meetings for
yourself through calls, emails, text, and social media outreach -
Strong hand-off communication with our onboarding and Customer
Success teams - Strive to continuously improve sales process and
demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices -
Bachelors degree with at least 1 year of relevant work experience -
Proficiency with SalesForce or other CRM software - Prior
experience in sales with a track record of achieving sales quotas -
A growth mindset- you take feedback and are able to implement it as
necessary - Unrelenting motivation- you are driven to succeed and
are unwavered by setbacks - Strong communication skills via phone
and email - Creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical
skills - Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales
organization
