Come be part of our team!Why Youre a Great Fit:You have a caring and helpful mindset.You are upbeat, enthusiastic and help to keep our work environment professional, enjoyable, and fun for everyone.You have a thirst for learning and enjoy working for an inclusive & diverse company.You appreciate empowerment and take the initiative to help our customers and colleagues.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.Primary contact for the customer and provide timely information to them.Deploy a pro-active approach with our customers via email, phone, and some customer portal updating to assist them in their inquiries.Manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed in a timely and accurate manner.Work closely with our Sales Account Managers, Plant Personnel, and your Customer Service colleagues as needed.Have proficiency using our ERP/CRM/Pricing systems, internal information portals, EDI process report reviews (working with our EDI IT), and other product information processes. Serve as an advisor by providing information and offer suggestions to help our customers.There is an avenue to support/manage customer escalations with your manager, as we work together promoting quality and continuous improvements.Possess the skill to be an active listener and have strong relationship building skills.Ability to multi-task and work on many different processes simultaneously for our customers.Background & SkillsAt Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making. Ability to find information efficiently and is self-driven to research, to help our customers.Proficient in MS Office programs.Familiarity with SAP software is a plus.Problem-solving skill set.
