Job Description:
Ethereal Consulting Inc. is a premier business management firm
that has been rapidly growing thanks to our dynamic team! We've
recently expanded into the Fort Wayne area and are seeking a Sales
Team Member to join our team. This role supports our
marketing/sales division in developing and executing outreach
strategies for Frontier. You’ll work directly with clients to
optimize their telecom marketing and sales, joining our energetic
team during an exciting growth phase! Essential Functions of the
Sales Team Member: Conduct one-on-one sales-based interactions with
our customer base in designated territories. Build, maintain, and
manage account relationships through direct interaction with
consumers and fellow team members. Accurately process new customer
sign-ups and service agreements. Collaborate with each department
in our office to help support and create solutions as a team,
ensuring seamless customer acquisition. Contribute to daily and
weekly sales targets, striving to meet and exceed individual and
team goals. Assist with promotional activities and events in the
learning facility during training hours or in the field during
campaign execution. Gather customer feedback to contribute to
ongoing campaign improvements and strategic adjustments. Represent
Ethereal Consulting Inc. and Frontier with professionalism,
integrity, and a customer-first approach.
