Network Hope Network is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
at all experience levels to support individuals in residential,
community, and rehabilitation programs across West Michigan. This
role is perfect for compassionate, reliable candidates who want to

care, supporting therapy goals, or helping someone enjoy their day,

grow your career. What You'll Be Doing: Provide person-centered
support for daily living, community participation, and
skill-building activities. Assist with medication administration,
behavior support plans, and health/safety monitoring as trained.
Transport and accompany individuals to community activities,
appointments, and employment as needed. Document progress, complete
charts, and submit incident reports accurately and on time.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, families, and
supervisors to implement individualized plans. Mentor and support
newer staff (lead roles) and participate in ongoing training.
General Job Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent
preferred Valid Michigan Driver's License Ability to lift 50 lbs
Ability to work weekends Ability to pass background checks as
applicable Ability to become certified in CPR/First Aid Basic
computer skills
