As a Senior Accountant , you will play a crucial role in managing
financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency
within our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will bring
expertise in financial statements, budgeting, and tax preparation,
while also demonstrating a passion for corporate social
responsibility. Responsibilities Lead financial reporting and
analysis as a trusted Senior Accountant Maintain compliance with
GAAP and regulatory requirements Assist with tax planning,
preparation, and audits Develop and implement accounting policies
to improve efficiency Support community engagement initiatives
aligned with our company's values Collaborate with cross-functional
teams to enhance financial strategies Qualifications Bachelor's
degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or CMA
certification preferred 5 years of accounting experience,
preferably in a senior role Strong knowledge of accounting
principles, tax regulations, and financial systems Excellent
analytical skills and attention to detail Passion for community
