Job Description:
VENTEON and Harvard Resource Solutions is hiring an Accounting
Specialist / Bookkeeper to provide support in Ann Arbor, MI. You
will assist by processing accounting transactions, reconciling bank
accounts, processing job-costing allocations and maintaining
spreadsheets. You will also provide support for administrative
activities such as mail and filing. POSITION TYPE: Full time,
direct hire, in office. PAY: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour plus
benefits. Requirements of the Accounting Specialist/ Bookkeeper:
College degree is nice to have, will accept equivalent level of
experience as well. Knowledge of GAAP is required. Minimum of 4
years of work experience in bookkeeping and/or accounting including
Accounts Payable and Receivables, reconciliation of accounts and
bank accounts. A dependable, promotable person with an eye for
detail. Technical Skills: Strong, current knowledge of QuickBooks,
MS Office with Excel spreadsheet capability.
