Job Description:
Asphalt Paving Foreman We are actively seeking an experienced
and reliable Asphalt Paving Foreman to join a growing team in the
area. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a
strong background in asphalt paving who can manage crews, oversee
daily operations, and ensure high-quality results. All work is
local—no out-of-state travel required. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the paving crew Read
and interpret blueprints, plans, and job specifications Manage job
site safety and quality control Schedule and coordinate materials
and equipment Train, lead, and develop crew members Communicate
effectively with project managers and inspectors Project Scope
Includes: Roadway Paving Parking Lots Driveways Milling &
