401(k) Job Details Job Details: As a Manufacturing Quality
Engineer, you will be a part of a dynamic team, ensuring the
highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes. You
will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of
our products, and will be instrumental in implementing and
maintaining our ISO and TS 16949 Quality Systems. This is a
permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to make a
significant impact on our company's success. You will be working
closely with our design and production teams, and will be
responsible for performing engineering assignments, conducting
process/quality studies, and driving the completion of corrective
actions from audit findings. Responsibilities: 1. Implement and
maintain ISO and TS 16949 Quality Systems. 2. Perform engineering
assignments that may involve equipment, product, or process design,
testing of materials, and preparation of specifications. 3. Conduct
process/quality studies and research investigations. 4. Review new
design or applications and provide close oversight. 5. Identify
corrective actions from audit findings and drive the completion of
tasks. 6. Complete and communicate supplier quality systems audits.
7. Verify compliance to control plans and process controls of
existing suppliers through site audits. 8. Manage cost reductions
on performance improvement projects. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s
degree in Engineering or other related field. 2. A minimum of 5
years of experience in manufacturing. 3. A minimum of 3 years of
experience in quality assurance. 4. Proficient in the use of
Minitab, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 5. Excellent oral and
written communication skills. 6. Experience with 8D analysis, APQP,
PPAP, Control Plan, FMEA, SPC, and other problem-solving and
experimental analysis tools. 7. Knowledge and experience in
maintaining ISO and TS 16949 Quality Systems. 8. Experience with
control plans, value stream mapping, and PPAPs. 9. Proven track
record in managing cost reductions on performance improvement
projects. 10. Experience in conducting supplier quality systems
audits and verifying compliance to control plans and process
controls. 11. Ability to perform engineering assignments that may
involve equipment, product, or process design, testing of
materials, preparation of specifications, process/quality studies,
