(100% Onsite) Salary: $110,000 - $125,000, commensurate with

Director of Human Resources As the Director of Human Resources,
you'll lead the full spectrum of HR operations while aligning
people strategies with business objectives. You'll be instrumental
in shaping company culture, driving HR excellence, and supporting
continued organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and
execute HR strategies that align with organizational goals. Lead
and mentor HR team members across all areas of HR, including talent
acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and
training. Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance to ensure
competitiveness and regulatory adherence. Act as a trusted advisor
to senior leadership on talent planning, organizational structure,
and workforce development. Champion employee engagement, DEI
initiatives, and culture-building programs. Ensure HR policies,
procedures, and systems are effective, scalable, and legally
compliant. Manage change initiatives and support continuous
improvement across the organization. Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
required; Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP,
SHRM-SCP) preferred. Significant HR leadership experience, ideally
within manufacturing or a similar fast-paced industry. Deep
knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, and HR best
practices. Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication,
and relationship-building skills. Proven track record of driving
change and leading high-performing teams. Passion for fostering an
