Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights and
recommendations related to field operations
Coordinate product rollouts, sales initiatives, and communication
strategies
Support leadership on ad-hoc projects and coordinate territory and
market meetings
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree
preferred
3-5 years of experience in insurance field operations, marketing,
or similar role
Experience with data analysis preferred
