immediately hiring Entry Level Wireless Associates. This role
focuses on educating clients about Frontier's cutting-edge wireless
internet services through direct sales, offering valuable
experience in a rapidly evolving tech sector. Wireless Associate
Responsibilities : Engage potential customers directly in
designated territories or at events to introduce Frontier's
wireless internet. Conduct compelling product demonstrations of
wireless devices, showcasing Frontier's speed, reliability, and
benefits. Assist customers in understanding their wireless needs,
recommending suitable Frontier plans and bundles. Clearly
articulate complex wireless technology for diverse audiences,
simplifying concepts into tangible benefits. Process new customer
sign-ups and service agreements for wireless internet, ensuring
accuracy and compliance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all
Frontier wireless products, pricing, and competitive offerings.
Gather market intelligence and customer feedback on wireless
services, informing future campaigns and product development.
Strive to meet or exceed wireless internet sales targets, directly
contributing to the Frontier campaign's growth.
