Job Description:
Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and user-focused
Product Manager to define the vision and lead the development of
our software products. This role is responsible for driving the
entire product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, while serving
as the advocate for our users' needs. Key Responsibilities Own and
execute the product roadmap in alignment with company goals Define
project scope and create detailed backlog items to guide the
development team Translate roadmap initiatives into clear,
actionable requirements, including features, user stories, and
acceptance criteria Prioritize and manage the product backlog,
ensuring high-quality deliverables from the development team Lead
the functional design process by leveraging deep understanding of
both user needs and technical constraints Act as the primary
liaison between cross-functional teams and stakeholders Provide
regular updates and insights to stakeholders on product status and
progress Coordinate and manage beta testing programs Develop and
oversee the rollout strategy for new software releases Assess the
business and user impact of new software implementations
Qualifications Required: Exceptional organizational and time
management skills Excellent written and verbal communication
abilities Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Proven
analytical and problem-solving capabilities Ability to build and
maintain strong relationships with internal teams and end users
Preferred: Familiarity with internal tools and systems Working
knowledge of Agile development methodologies Licensed Professional
Engineer (PE) in Civil Engineering Background in customer service,
